✺ Audition Process

1. Fill out the following form (choose the program, date, and location for the ROUND 1 audition in case you are selected).

2. Email your CV and a headshot to projects@freezone-bcn.com.

   Do not include video links in the email. Please upload your videos in the form.

Application Conditions

1. The required minimum age is 18 years old.

2. European Health Insurance Card or private health insurance is required.

3. By the end of the program, in June 2026, you will receive a certificate of studies. If more than 20% of your absences are unjustified, we will not be able to provide you with the certificate.

Audition Fee

If you are pre-selected for the ROUND 1, we charge a one-time fee of 40 euros for the entire audition.

Application Deadline

• Applications are open until the 15th of March 2025.

• Preselected candidates will be notified by the 01st of April 2025.

• Final results will be announced between the 9th and the 13th of June 2025.

Program Schedule

The programs runs from the 29th of September 2025 to the 29th of May 2026, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (about 880 hours per year). Please note that during creation weeks, the schedule will be extended until 4:30 PM.

25 · 26 Creations

Throughout the year, the programs will emphasize creation:

• Free Bodies: Nadine Gerspacher, Jos Baker, Alejandro Moya and Lali Ayguadé.

• Free Roots: Ombline Huvelle and Jonathan Sánchez.

• Free Pulse: Carla Sisteré, Iby (Irene Baeza) and Katia Benbelkacem.

• Administration Fee and Freezone Membership: €450 + €50

• Free Bodies: €4,500

• Free Roots: €4,500

• Free Pulse: €4,500

Payment Options

Results for the 3rd and final round of auditions will be sent on June 9. If selected to join one of our Program 25·26, you must submit the program reservation payment along with your chosen payment option no later than June 13. Otherwise, we will understand that you are not participating in the program.

Discount Offer

By enrolling in multiple years of training, the yearly fees decrease, providing a cumulative discount as you progress through the program.

• First Year: €4,500

• Second Year: €4,400

• Third Year: €4,300

Scholarships and Helper Positions

Two scholarships worth €2,250 each and three Helper positions with a €500 annual fee reduction will be offered. The Helper positions involve exchange work for the space and the project. Both the scholarships and the Helper positions will be decided by the direction of Freezone after Round 3.
