1. Booking & Payment: All class packages, workshops, and studio rentals must be paid in full prior to the session.
2. Expiration & Cancellations: Training packages expire at the end of the school year (May 2027, included). Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain class credit.
3. Studio Rules: Respect for the space, equipment, and fellow artists is required at all times. Proper footwear/barefoot practices apply according to studio guidelines.
4. Liability: Freezone is not liable for personal injuries sustained during classes or rentals, nor for lost or stolen personal belongings on the premises.
